Meet Our Team

Joe and Jennifer Kaiser

The company is proudly family owned by Joe and Jennifer Kaiser, as well as their son, Carter Kaiser, and his wife, Lucy. Joe and Jennifer are originally from Jonesboro, Arkansas, which is about 70 miles South of Highland, but relocated to Cherokee Village, Arkansas, in 2010. Before ROX Outfitters became a reality, Joe was a renowned taxidermist and then joined the ministry in 2012. Jennifer was previously a legal secretary for over 26 years and also served as the operations manager for a local medical equipment company. 

Carter and Lucy Kaiser

Carter graduated with honors from Highland High School and attended Arkansas State University, studying agriculture systems technology, when he was diagnosed with leukemia at the age of 19 in 2016.  After intensive treatment, he is currently in complete remission! Lucy is also a graduate of Highland High School and although they were acquaintances in school, Lucy and Carter didn't begin dating until 2017.

​Lucy graduated from cosmetology school in December of 2017 and has started her own business, Fish 'N Clips, which is a one-on-one elite salon located inside of Rox Outfitters. Carter and Lucy are now newlyweds; they were married in September of 2018. ​​

Our vision is to offer each of our customers a unique experience. We want everyone who comes into our store to leave having experienced a little piece of the Arkansas that we call home.
